Do we have any people here who know something about the frequency and distribution of severity of appraisal errors? It must happen occasionally, and maybe frequently.

Not only can mistakes be made when interpreting the facts about the home/market, but some appraisers may also make mistakes and miss significant things, causing them to never be factored into the valuation. I mean, maybe the low appraiser saw that the foundation was cracked/eroding, and told the homeowners about it. So the owners covered up the cracks before getting the 2nd appraisal from a different company? There's so many possibilities, including the entire thing being planned for a "great story" just like we've seen with all these fake hate crimes, and fake climate change forest fires started by zealot wokers. I think richwicks research makes this seem likely.

IMO the purpose of this kinda propaganda is to erode your critical thinking on racial topics. Their goal is to make you stop thinking, and rather have you automatically assume that racism is the cause of anything and everything negative or unfortunate which happens to minorities. When all the news and media do this, in time regular people adopt this line of thinking and next time something bad happens they think "ugh...it HAS to be another case of racism because its SOOOOOO common. CNN told me so."

Why don't you have legal advice and other paid advice on this site? I would totally pay for that, $1-$10 per answer if I had a specific question that somebody could answer. You could probably extend it to many sectors. It's sometimes easier to get money for specific needs vs offering something beforehand
