Typically, bails require a bail bondsman to guarantee appearance by paying a non-returnable 10 percent of the bond amount i.e. 25 million dollars if that is the case here. The bail bondsman is out the 250 million if the appearance isn't made, which is why bail bondsman are given authority to go after their clients and seize them to keep the court appearances.

Question is, who is securing the bond for him @ $25 million non refundable at risk of the whole $250 million? It isn't his parents, that's for sure. The claim that the parents are posting their home as security are fake optics, as usual. Their homes are in no danger, I am sure, and some magic fairy donor spooks would be footing the bill.
