Some questions: will US taxpayers money or Fed fraud money be used to bail these idiots out? Why were regulated entities like pension funds and insurance companies 'investing' in this crap in the fist place?

Sam lost the laundering franchise. It's time for exfiltration, plastic surgery, and the Groucho Marx mask to join Jizzlaine and Jeffrey in that Tel Aviv beach compound.

Question is, where is the next laundering boiler room set up. We know it exists under the distraction of throwing Sam under the bus.

He better not try the double triple quadruple agent ploy of extorting his intelligence masters with what he knows, or he will wind up with the fishes like Jizzlaine's Daddy-0.

I doubt SBF is in any kind of jail. You think Bahamas of all places doesn't have celebrity accommodations? Bullshit optics.
He's probably getting briefings from the Intels on how to conduct himself and play his role, or else.

He's out on $250 million bond.

He doesn't think he will be Epsteined.

This article says he didn't actually have to put up $250 million. From the Daily Post, the local paper in Palo Alto area.

He's back in his parents' house, only a couple of miles from me.

I would bet the actual guy isn't. He's too dangerous to them to not keep under lock and key at this point. They may already have an avatar primped and pimped for public appearances.

Real Sam probably can't go out in public without a bunch of red laser dots dancing on him.

When your mommy & dad are professors at Stanford, the U.S. criminal justice system applies differently to you. For example, as Matthew Russell Lee of Inner City Press explained, the precedent set by Samuel Bankman-Fried’s faux $250M “bail” is simple & disastrous: if you’re 1) rich and have 2) committed crimes and 3) expect to be indicted, get out of the CONUS. If you stay out of the CONUS, you can use waiving your extradition rights as a bargaining chip for being granted bail — even if you swindled your customers out of billions. We’re sure Ghislaine Maxwell wishes she would have ditched New Hampshire for an offshore hideaway before her arrest, as conditions in the MCC were less than desirable for the Israel-linked espionage queen. ...

SBF is the object of two legal proceedings: bankruptcy and criminal fraud. However, the criminal part was probably brought specifically so he could plead the fifth and stay silent, or be patsy'd out etc etc. The others have already plea bargained to obtain their silences. I would bet SBF is nowhere near his parents' house at Stanford and is likely in a safe house somewhere until his handlers decide how to dispose of him/avatar him one way or another.
He's a powder keg, and his useful idiot/ponzi storefront life is over. His liability factor is through the roof.

Disgraced former crypto billionaire Sam Bankman-Fried developed deep ties with regulators he wanted to oversee the crypto industry, emails reportedly show.

Bankman-Fried hired multiple former regulators at the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to staff his legal team at FTX, his Bahamas-based crypto exchange. They helped him develop relationships with top CFTC officials and other regulators, according to the LA Times.

Not much of a "resignation." He does not leave until the end of January.

LOL! I guess the theme song of the Intel money laundering/Crypto-Ponzi is 'Sounds of Silence'. Guess the Hollywood Actor studios are going to have to do auditions for hyperactive lawn ornament babblemouths to pose as Sam Avatar. Lets see what token justice takes place to memory hole this criminal boiler room Intel Agency enterprise.

Notice this is happening VERY quickly - before Repubs take power in January.

Still waiting for the January 6 Trials to happen for all the political prisoners from that day. Don't we have a speedy trial statute? Oh, maybe that doesn't apply in the District of Columbia. Maybe they operate outside the law. Huh.

He's not getting Epsteined. He's getting paid to take a plea deal so there will never be any testimony.

Federal JudgeFuck: "You have been punished enough, my child. We will release you on probation and a promise that you never engage in international money laundering, influence peddling, bribery of politicians, or Ponzi robbery of huckstered clients to the tune of billions again. You may also have to give up a few of your properties purchased with other people's money. Go in peace, and stay shut the fuck up if you don't want to sleep with the fishes."

Alameda Research borrowed billions of dollars of customer funds from FTX exchange.
The firm's liabilities were then masked under a pseudonym account on FTX.
Caroline Ellison and Gary Wang have pleaded guilty to numerous counts of fraud. ...

A lawsuit filed by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission on December 13 states that Bankman-Fried directed FTX executives to move Alameda's approximately $8 billion in liabilities to an unknown customer account on FTX's systems.

The lawsuit also claimed that Bankman-Fried would later refer to that account as "our Korean friend's account" and/or "the weird Korean account."

As stated, the 372 million was probably the Intels and DARPA extracting their grub stake. All of the controlled legal proceedings will simply anoint it as business as usual. Who cares if it was an illegal transfer?

https://notthebee.com/article/sam-bankman-fried-is-asking-for-the-backers-of-his-250-million-bail-package-to-be-kept-anonymous

From Bloomberg:

FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried asked a judge to keep confidential the identities of two people who will help secure his bail to protect them from public scrutiny and potential harassment.

Lawyers for Bankman-Fried on Tuesday filed a letter seeking redactions of the names of the two people who intend to sign on as sureties to his $250 million bail package, saying there is no need for public disclosure.

Bankman-Fried has been accused of some pretty staggering financial crimes. It stands to reason that we should be at least a little bit aware of who's putting up these staggering sums of money to keep him out of lockup, right?
194   Ceffer   2023 Jan 4, 8:45am

Remember all the detective shows? They need him free to control his arc and it makes it easier to bump him off etc. Woo says they already have a body double for him.

Enemies and controllers might want to post your bail, they don't have to be his friends or even care about his freedom.

Tucker and a few others, but they are clearly censored off certain topics and have to tap dance around them.

Yep, heard Brian Kilmeade on the radio this morning talking about the Damar Hamlin heart attack. He and his guest spoke in length about how a chest hit could cause a heart attack. Absolutely no mention of the vaxx as a possible cause. I presume FOX has warned its people not to diss big sponsor Pfizer.

Plenty of time to plan the dog and pony show. Maybe they will dust off that bribed lesbian federal judge from Jizzlaine's trial? Have Sam's fake avatar tried with no cameras allowed at trial? The faked federal show trial is becoming a gig.

Who cares? A bunch of morons trusted a moron. I feel sorry for no one that lost money. Crypto is a fucking spreadsheet. I've argued this to a nauseating extent with no valid answer. Just fucking childish "hold" jokes that I'm laughing at now. Enjoy. You don't understand marketing AT ALL if you invest in crypto. It's not the future. The USD IS crypto already. People are fucking morons. Sorry, I'm annoyed by crypto talk. Seemingly smart people are absolutely blinded. Kind of funny.

Don't even give it the decency of calling it "currency" because it's not. It's not an investment either. It's shit. And even shit can be dried and incinerated/burned to create electricity, so that has some value. It's marketing, FOMO and manipulation likely by some international cartel of some sort.
