They will turn on you given the chance.

Many reasons why. I guess it’s always good to have a balanced, grounded positive mental attitude.
The war is far from over though and defeat is not baked into the cake.

Ambitious foreign MD's would get a PhD at a decent US school, or enter a fellowship program, slave labor in either case, to further establish credentials, as well as a substantial knowledge base. A four year MD degree does not qualify one to lead any sort of program anywhere.

Something just doesn't smell right about this. Let's throttle back on the animal spirits and give a critical look to this.

Where are the transcripts from the first two dates as well as the third? Is this a hunky plot entrapment operation? Was this twink lured into saying things to get laid?

Where is the documentation? It's a she said-he said standoff at this point. If the date was a Pfizer employee, and he was knowledgable enough to lure this twink into blabbing, certainly the date should have documentation. Likewise, the twink. Where is it?

These types of back fire operations are very effective. Here's another. Plant a story with a compliant, unethical NY Times reporter about how Iraq has WMD's, and then in a presser, point to the NY Times story as proof.

The guy looks too young to have any real power. He probably proposed this idea, and the rest of them may very well have been "well, let the equity hire say whatever crazy he wants to say".

Still, people can't forget that Johnson and Johnson knowingly sold baby powder contaminated with asbestos, or that the Sackler family purposely addicted people to opioids. these people that run these corporations are psychopaths, and they have complete regulatory capture. The Sackler family should be bankrupted at minimum, and really, some of them ought to be executed - but they won't be. We have no law protecting the general public, and the worst that ever happens to these companies is a fine, a BRIBE, to continue violating the law and even human rights.

The Nuremberg Code was suspended for a virus in which across the ENTIRE population had virtually no chance of killing you, even if you were 80. It's less dangerous to a 18 year old kid than the flu is, and we have been seen young, fit and healthy kids drop dead. Perhaps this was happening before, and people simply didn't note it, or care about it. If an 18 year old kid had dropped dead 30 years ago I know what I would have thought: "I wonder what drugs he was using?"

20 years ago, a 25 year old engineer dropped dead at his desk at work. There's a tree at Microsoft planted for him in memorial. Everybody thought drugs, but nobody ever found out what killed him. Just recently, a girl from Google was found dead in one of the canals, nude. Everybody thought at first she was raped and murdered, she had diabetes, her blood sugar went crazy, and she stripped nude, and drowned. She was like 25.
