My wife recently switched from Comcast internet over to AT&T. The install tech came over, he was a no nonsense guy. Didn't strike me as a wokester, I guess at the end of the day they still need sane people. But as soon as he was done, I was outside with him talking to him by his service truck. And a rep in a Comcast car pulls up. He jumps out with a T-Shirt with "Equity" nonsense munged in with the AT&T branding, and that guy DID strike me as a Wokester. He immediately wanted me to download an app on my phone, so that I could use the router. Which I declined, and told him, that if I can't connect to it from a browser and administer what needs to be done, then I don't want it. I told him he could unplug it take it with him. To which he backed off me needing to download the app on my phone to get the router to work. He seemed irate that I didn't want the app, wouldn't let him in my house and I wasn't interested in participating in the survey. He was just gritting his teeth, and getting tense and hyper, finally I said "Good day" and went inside.
