Russia has already lost. It's Ukraine for christ sake. Regardless of outcome or thoughts on it we were able to fight two wars across the globe for 20 years. Russia cannot even manage taking over their land neighbor. They've triggered further NATO expansion that likely wouldn't have happened. Even if they get what they want it will still be a loss just like the US in the ME.

What Russia/Putin are not realizing is we can just send weapons. Our MIC gets their money and we don't have to send a citizen. Not condoning this, but I'd rather send weapons instead of young men. We over complicate the system with regulations so people can charge money for services. FAA gets their budget.
