I'm telling you, it's not difficult to find a "true believer" in the "climate emergency", especially among kids. You'll have a difficult time finding a kid that DOESN'T believe it. I think the narrative is falling apart though, they have been crying wolf for 35 years after all. It worked on me for about 20 years but all the predictions were wrong. I think it will be faster for these kids - they might be suckered for 10 years, maybe only 5. We have faster communication now, and we have the ability to record and pass around past predictions.

I don't think so. Being a government dupe isn't the fashionable thing to be today, and it never was actually.

When I was a kid, it was PERCEIVED that the government was ignoring "the coming emergency" in favor of corporate greed. Today, it's quite clear that the government is pushing this agenda and it's false. We simply didn't have the communication then as we do today. Even in the 1990's, all you got were the "random whacko" saying that climate change was a plot by the NWO. Well, they're right. All we heard of the NWO was George H. Bush mentioned it one time, and in such a way you couldn't tell if it was a one off, or some sort of nefarious group. Now that I've heard so many fucking politicians talk about it, it's obviously a group.

And he is right about energy and oil policies. Just look at North American and world rig counts on Ycharts.

Climate science should be less political, while climate policies should be more

CO2 is plant food, the basis of all life on Earth

CO2 is not a pollutant. It is essential to all life on Earth. More CO2 is favorable
