Place is called 'Playa de San Agustín, Ciudad de Mendoza'. Playa means 'beach' in Spanish, but you are right, it's inland an not ON the beach apparently. I gather they have a huge number of old junk cars and motorcycles on lots where shoppers can look for beaters, restoration opportunities or parts. Why they would want to DEW the place is anybody's guess. Target practice?
