A retired Army vet who went door to door in Afghanistan told me, in general, you don't aim with a pistol, you point. I assume this is easier and faster in close situations.
Bokeh can be faked and you don't need a prime lens to get it. Just saying. Don't know why anyone would bother faking it though.

This occurred in Panama.
