They would build a shell that they could move into and then add floors, doors, siding and counters as they could afford to. These were on 1/2 acre county lot neighborhoods. One guy's dad worked demolishing a building on the Willaim and Mary campus and used the discarded building materials to help build his house.

Now that the utterly corrupt Justice Department has arrested Biden's 2024 main political opponent, while turning a blind eye to the obvious, provable crimes of Joe Biden and his family, do you still think America can survive?

Hope for the best and prepare for the worse. What the deep state has done can only end one way, it just comes down to how many americans are actually delusional.

That's how Long Island got built out.

People would buy a piece of land, or families buy a large piece, and drive out on the weekends and build a bungalow. Eventually, over the years, the bungalows would expand into proper houses or be used until a real house was built, and then be turned into a workshop or for Uncle/Grandma to live in. Exactly how two of my 5 neighbors growing up had built their properties up.

Another reason for this curriculum is to dumb down the academic standards so the unqualified cadets won't flunk out.

the banks should "HODL" ... don't cash out the bonds as long as they can ...

those bonds will drop in price about 1% for every year of duration when interest rates increase by 1% and I understand a lot of banks are holding +10 year duration bonds that were bought when the Fed Funds rate was 0.25% from 2009 to 2022 (except for brief period of 2018- mid 2020)

the Fed may need to help out with these banks like they did Silicon Valley Bank ... Bank of America's stock price is at April 1997 levels and Wells Fargo's stock price is at 2008 price levels :-/

but yes Bank of America is at a very low PE ratio (about 7) as its equity has significantly dropped due to owning US Treasuries .. if banks do not go bankrupt, then they will recover and start a new cycle of recovery

Look at how Fed's balance sheet temporarily increased when it helped out Silicon Valley Bank
