Not being a big pharma defender

It's hell on the consumer. I know holistic stuff that is atrocious and harmful as well, really bad stuff that I wouldn't really want to go into due to lash back.

However, the Pharma are supposed to work in tandem with the social guardians, but they don't. They have the mandate of secret poisoning to maximize profits. So, which one is worse, the sincerely beguiled or the knowingly deceptive? Which one has higher penetration but does more overall harm? Which side has more stuff that is effective that could outweigh the bad? It leaves most lay persons rather rudderless except to place trust often where it doesn't belong. DARPA and Pharma are always conspiring against the health and lives of the population, but they try to avoid the blame magnets by using walk away poisons and lab synthesized 'pandemics'.

The handful of stuff that I have been able to garner: Government nutrition is lobby driven and false. Seed oils are bad, bleached GMO wheat is bad. Margarine and Rockefeller oils/ seed oils are bad. Animal based fats and oils are not harmful and don't contribute to weight, whereas processed carbohydrates do. Statins are gateway drugs that lead to more symptoms and more drugs and are ineffective at saving lives, with possibly only extreme cases to the contrary. Processed foods have to be carefully evaluated as to provenance. Niacin, Vitamin D, melatonin, and zinc, calcium and magnesium are good. Ivermectin is good etc. etc. The bought and paid for peer review means that information about Pharma drugs and their side effects amounts to conjecture with inserts that represent no true testing (you ARE the beta tester).

Caveat Emptor and Devil take the hindmost.

It's a lovely concept, but it really should be 'justice-fecal-impacted individual' to give it that Soros je ne sais quoi. 'Netftlix Diversity Challenged' would also be nice.

"Joe made a blood sacrifice of his wife and kids for my Demonic Cunt with the alleged 'car accident'. However, the kids mostly survived, the little bitches. So, I am up here now spinning Satanic inversion lies for the masked critter who used to be Joe!"

When they look 20 years younger out of the blue, is it avatar time?

Congressional lemmings dance to the gang stalking beat. "Yeah, yeah, we'll kvetch, now where are the checks.
Such a boring Chinese fire drill."

Not a problem if they were millionaires BEFORE getting elected. In fact, term limited successful businesspeople would make the best reps.
