Probably a mafia type thing. Just because it says EU on the card doesn't mean they authorized it. Likely stolen and then sold because migrants likely couldn't open a bank account. Mobster takes a 20% cut and gives them the card. 64k cards would probably be a easy million or so at $100/card. Probably fits in a box or two, so easy to steal. Fell off the truck type deal.

No. EU is fucked. Do you see the US losing states? And don't give the BS that they can't. Congress can approve a secession. But no State after the Civil War has ever asked.
EU has lost one major member and will lose two more members over a total span of 20 years? And that isn't 'bad'. He'll, Mexico and Brazil has more stability than the EU in that case. So does Nigeria and India in that case.
And Hungary & Slavakia will cause enormous damage on their way out. Ditto with NATO. But you are unaware of that because you don't know how much power single nations have in both structures.

It will take a while, but Putin is pushing for 6 kids per woman. Russians play the long game. If you've got 20-30 years left in life there for sure will be WWIII.

It's meant to be used where you're handling a situation delicately as possible with gloves so you don't bugger it up and make a muck of a situation. A substitute for using kissing someone's ass, that is an otherwise difficult person.

The Hungarian government claims a suspected Islamic State terrorist who entered Europe posing as a refugee was in possession of a pre-paid debit card from the European Union, and that the EU has issued 64,000 such cards to migrants.
“A Syrian national by the name of F.
