The 291-page report lays out evidence of the Biden family’s foreign payments and the family patriarch’s role in meeting or speaking with partners.

The Republican-led House committees leading the impeachment probe into Joe Biden concluded Monday the president engaged in impeachable conduct by helping to enrich his family with millions of dollars in business schemes that traded on his name and then defrauded voters by lying to cover up the scandal.

The House Oversight, Ways and Means and Judiciary Committees said they believe the evidence from their nine-month investigation establishes that Biden abused his office and violated his oaths under the Constitution, according to the 291-page report reviewed by Just the News.

“First and foremost, overwhelming evidence demonstrates that President Biden participated in a conspiracy to monetize his office of public trust to enrich his family,” the committee’s concluded in the the report released the day Biden was to be honored at the opening of the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.

“Among other aspects of this conspiracy, the Biden family and their business associates received tens of millions of dollars from foreign interests by leading those interests to believe that such payments would provide them access to and influence with President Biden,” the executive summary added.

The report puts a finishing touch on a scandal that began in 2019 during the advent of the last presidential election, but it is unlikely to result in a formal impeachment since Biden has stepped down and handed over the reins of the Democratic Party to his vice president, Kamala Harris.

The committee cited evidence that Biden “actively participated” in an influence-peddling conspiracy by attending dinners with his family’s foreign associates and speaking to them over the phone. These interactions were documented by email evidence and testimony from several of Hunter Biden’s ex-business partners, including Devon Archer and Jason Galanis.

The committees also said evidence shows Hunter Biden used his father’s official position as vice president to “garner favorable outcomes in foreign business dealings and legal proceedings.”

Beyond Biden’s conduct as vice president, the report argued the Justice Department during his presidency deviated from normal practices in order to provide favorable treatment to Hunter Biden, throwing up roadblocks in the investigation and preventing attorneys from pursuing certain avenues of inquiry, as two IRS whistleblowers testified to the House Ways and Means Committee.

While most Democrats are being ostriches, even 52% of independents don’t believe the “Honest Joe” malarkey about the “poorest man in Congress” anymore.

Among Americans who voted for Biden in the 2020 election, a full 13% have been red-pilled.

They have eyes, and common sense, and somehow the avalanche of incriminating evidence spewing forth from the House Oversight Committee has managed to bypass the gatekeepers of the media and slowly permeate the public consciousness.

Once people with eyes and common sense see the evidence about the influence-peddling racket operated by Joe’s son Hunter and brother Jim to make millions of dollars from shady characters in China, Ukraine, Russia, Romania, etc., while Joe was vice president, it is impossible not to grasp the corrupt nature of that business and Joe’s role in it.

Now that the House has released corroboration in actual money transfers linking many in the Biden family, the media is insisting that this is no scandal because there is no direct proof of payments to Joe Biden.

Putting aside that this is only the fourth month of an investigation, the media’s demand of a direct payment to President Biden is laughably absurd. The payments were going to his family, but he was the object of the influence peddling.

The House has shown millions of dollars going to at least nine Bidens like dividends from a family business. As a long-time critic of influence peddling among both Republicans and Democrats, I have never seen the equal of the Bidens.

The whole purpose of influence peddling is to use family members as shields for corrupt officials. Instead of making a direct payment to a politician, which could be seen as a bribe, you can give millions to his or her spouse or children.

Moreover, these emails include references to Joe Biden getting a 10 percent cut of one Chinese deal. It also shows Biden associates warning not to use Joe Biden’s name but to employ code names like “the Big Guy.” At the same time, the president and the first lady are referenced as benefiting from offices and receiving payments from Hunter.

Indeed, Hunter complains that his father is taking half of everything that he is raking in.

None of that matters. The New York Times ran a piece headlined, “House Republican Report Finds No Evidence of Wrongdoing by President Biden.” That is putting aside evidence against all the family members around Joe Biden. It also ignored that other evidence clearly shows Biden lied about his family not receiving Chinese funds or that he never had any knowledge of his son’s business dealings.

so what is going to happen? nothing. He can keep all the bribes, the money keeps streaming in, all the duped people can bite the dust. The rich never get to repay their unlawful gains, and never go to prison. If this were just your everyday John who got clever, he would spend the rest of his life imprisoned and all his earthy goods would be confiscated.

Do not try to impeach before the election is all I'll say. Just let him ride off into the sunset. While I agree Biden and his family did a boatload of bull shit. It does no good at this point. Get through the election.

Trump will be a lame duck and then attack. Preferably after 2026 midterms if he has a good 2 years. Or before if you have solid evidence or a decent DOJ. Gotta be careful there. He needs the House and Senate. Fumbling around with Biden once he gets in office is not worth it. And it's not worth it now. He won't be impeached.

I hope someday the Biden crime family members all get their just desserts.
I don't know when this should happen, but I hope it does.
Everything from Delaware sucks. Delaware sucks, and the Bidens suck too.
They're all despicable, the USA should stop throwing taxpayers' money around so that assholes in office can't get rich.
A pox on all of them.

In this lifetime, none of this will matter one iota. Why? Because the corrupt Democrats & RINOs don't care and neither does the mainstream media, aka, the Ministry of Propaganda, which is equally corrupt.

Without an independent, investigative media, the crimes committed by politicians (those that they favor), bankers, corporations, drug cartels, etc., go pretty much unnoticed by the majority of people. In contrast, finding out the truth requires time and research, which few are willing to commit to. Years ago, when I read a major newspaper every single day, I recall a study that indicated that only 6% of the readers of newspapers ever read the editorial section. Most would only read the headline of any given story while skipping the content, which helped explain to me why so many people that I conversed with were so woefully uninformed.

Since that time, in spite of the internet, IMO, it's gotten even worse. I know of numerous people that strongly express what they 'feel' to be the truth about a subject without being able to express specifically why they believe what they do. Try it; when you ask people like this to defend their position, they won't (or can't) and usually get very offended if you press them. (*see below)

How easy is it to manipulate a people that are so intent on being happily misinformed? We're seeing it right now, whereby about 50% of the voters are buying what the media is selling regarding the obnoxious, unlikeable Cackling Kamala.

We're in a dangerous place. I sincerely pity the younger generation. Most of them do not have a clue as to what is in store for them under the Great Reset. They'll find out first hand what it's really like to live under despotic Communism that has the blood of over 100 million innocent victims on their collectivist hands.

* Just one of many examples: about a year ago this time, I had a 'conversation' with a relative of mine that was once a licensed attorney. Was, because he was disbarred for reasons that are far too lengthy to get into here. Needless to say, you really, really have to mess up in order to warrant disbarment. Back to the conversation; he made a comment to me that 'Trump sold classified documents to the Chinese,' and when I responded with 'oh come on, where on earth do you get this stuff from?' he immediately changed that to 'well, he kept those documents because he has a huge ego.' It all went downhill from there. While I remained perfectly calm and rational, he became increasingly angry and irate. Why? Because he was being challenged and he had no rational ability to defend his assertions. His wife apologized to me for his obnoxious behavior while telling me that 'this isn't the first time he's acted like this.' A truly beautiful girl both inside and out, I pity her for marrying such an obvious jerk.

Gee, usual acknowledged prosecutions "just in the nick of time" as the real power passes while ignoring everything known for years prior. Prosecute Dead Man Joe's actor puppets (Hunter is probably dead, too)? More absurdist theater as the real faceless and nameless demons exit out the back doors and into their next avatar political hustles.

Let people beat on the Dead Biden pinatas all they want, fuckers are already in the memory hole. Best you can do is go after the extended family for effect and theater.

In lieu of actual human sacrifices on altars at the Democratic National Convention, they had the abortion wagons outside to act as the human sacrifice proxies. I imagine IHLlary (or avatar) and Obama (or avatar) went out there for a snack once in a while, or ordered in.

Hunter changes his plea from not guilty to guilty. Why would he do this unless it was to get a commute or pardon from Joe before he leaves.

That is exactly what will happen when the election is over.

Dead Hunter pardoned by Dead Joe. Makes sense.

I'm pretty sure a pardon for Hunter by Kummala was part of the deal when Potato agreed to withdraw from the race.

No need for Kamala to soil her hands. Biden has plenty of time to do his mass pardons between mid November and mid January.

Right. But he publicly promised to not pardon Hunter. Leaving this task to Kummala is a nice way to weasel out of it.

Do you really think he will care about that? Biden has continuously been caught lying and plagiarizing for decades and is the lamest of lame ducks. Biden will definitely do the pardon if Trump wins and would be stupid to trust Kamala once she assumes office and Biden is out with the trash.

To avoid discovery in a trial.

If Trump wins all bets are off, but if he doesn't I think they will take the Kummala route. Because "legacy".

He can only pardon federal crimes. I don't track all the cases or potential cases, but the whole pardon thing is a bit overhyped. State governors can pardon in their states. Biden would have no say in that. If a red governor could get a DA to charge Hunter or even Joe on something, they go to jail if guilty. They're doing it now with Trump. Even when Trump is elected he can't pardon himself with the bull shit NY charges. NY governor would have to.

I read the comments made, and agree likely Biden will pardon Hunter after the election

Having Kamala pardon him is not good optics as it may stick enough to her when she runs for re election

On what charges? An AG from Arkansas could charge him for something. He ain't getting pardoned by the governor and Joe can't on a non-federal charge. This is literally what they're doing to Trump.

That's the beauty of this all. If Trump plays it right, he could say if I was guilty of something I could have pardoned myself. I didn't. Biden is tied to Hunter and Kamala is tied to them. This election is over. The debate will finish it. Trump has ZERO policy over the last 3.5 years. Kamala was supposed to handle the border. She has no leverage on any policy besides women that like to kill babies. Didn't call out a senile old man. Obvious connections to shit that doesn't add up. Doesn't do due diligence and get the tampon guy as a running mate.

You have to be retarded to vote this ticket. After the debate bashing it's going to be laughable. You can't cheat "that" hard. Too obvious.
