Turn it into assisted living for vets that need some help, but are can do most of their ADLs and all they need is some help with injectible meds and some chores? Nah

I know! Bring 100s of Migrants there and have them capture all the jobs at almost half wages while the FedGov and NGOs give them free housing, medical, and $400 in food stamps per month! And most importantly pay the Owners a big honking rent many times market.

Of course, when all of those Jesuit credit cards and subsidies for the migrants are suddenly withdrawn from the beached migrants, the real crime waves begin. Fuckers aren't there to hold jobs or as cheap labor, they are fifth column.
