I think the solutions are not very hard.
For voting, simply adopt the Israeli system: https://patrick.net/post/1380028/2023-08-30-we-need-the-israeli-voting-system
About 180 million people officially cross the US-Mexico border each year. Another 5 million is not significant.
If you're asking how to find them, that's not terribly hard either. Around half of LA is illegal at this point.

The problem with regulating elections is that it cannot be done on a Federal level. Each individual state determines their own rules and regulations through the Legislature, and, on top of that, each county has their own requirements. It all comes down to a 10th. Amendment States Rights issue and unless there is overwhelming evidence, the Feds will not get involved. Then there is the political aspect of it all; if the highly politicized, Deep State Justice Department (and that includes the Federal Courts) refuses to get involved, and the fake news media refuses to cover it, there isn't a chance cases involving voter fraud will go anywhere.
first thing...you actually think that voting system can be implemented in the usa? And if so, why isn't it already implemented?
second thing, you didn't answer the deporting question...how do you deport 5 million people who don't want to de deported?

"Operation Wetback" deported more than a million in 1954. Should be even easier now.
