Illegal Alien Arrested for Killing Young Musician during Fatal Hit-and-Run in Pennsylvania
The Allegheny County Police Department announced that Rivera-Ramirez has now been taken into custody and charged with causing the fatal hit-and-run crash.
The crash happened on Saturday night, just before 11 p.m.
911 was notified about a vehicle striking a motorcycle.
Rivera-Ramirez was driving a red Ford Taurus, officials said.
After the crash, he took off on foot with a female and a small child.
Rivera-Ramirez is facing several charges, including driving without a license and homicide by vehicle.
Rivera-Ramirez is not a United States citizen and is in the country illegally, Allegheny County police confirmed to Channel 11.
Over the weekend, the New York Post ran a hope-filled story headlined, “Trump vows to ‘end all sanctuary cities in America,’ boost law enforcement in regions that don’t cooperate with ICE.” You would think a Trump threat to punish sanctuary cities would make corporate media headlines, but no. They are terrified of this issue.
At a weekend rally in North Carolina, President Trump promised to end the migrant crisis. He told the large crowd of supporters that:
“Today, I am announcing a new plan to end all sanctuary cities in North Carolina and all across our country,” the Republican presidential nominee told a crowd of 10,000 at Aero Center Wilmington in North Carolina.
“I will ask Congress to pass a law outlawing sanctuary cities nationwide, and we will bring down the full weight of the federal government on any jurisdiction that refuses to cooperate” with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and U.S. Customs and Border Patrol, he added.
“As soon as I take office I will surge federal law enforcement to every city that is failing — which is a lot of them — to turn over criminal aliens, and we will hunt down and capture every single gang member, drug dealer, rapist, murderer and migrant criminal that is being illegally harbored,” vowed Trump.
It wouldn’t be unprecedented. During the Great Depression, the U.S. deported vast numbers of Mexican nationals and migrants from other countries in a campaign often called the “Mexican Repatriation.” It was not so much a formal policy as a series of mass deportations and ‘repatriation drives’ between 1929 and 1939, encouraged by economic hardship and stubbornly high levels of unemployment.
The stated goal was to reduce job competition for U.S. citizens by removing foreign-born laborers (mostly Mexican immigrants). Around 1 to 2 million people were sent back to Mexico. Although there is debate over this point, some historians estimate that up to 40% were naturalized citizens. The collection of programs were carried out by local, state, and federal governments through a combination of both coercive and voluntary incentives.
So it can be done.

Incident # 240920056
Massachusetts has added almost 700,000 food stamp recipients in a year, equal to 10% of the population
Well, would you look at that! The uber liberal state of Massachusetts, over the past 14 months, has added a whopping 672,483 EBT cards to its welfare rolls. ...
Nothing says, "Best economy ever" quite like 672,483 new food stamp cards in Massachusetts.
Bidenomics is working, folks! ...
If those numbers are correct, that would mean 10% of the state's population got on food stamps over the past 14 months.
State Senator Ryan Fattman is calling for an audit of the welfare program, as he assumes this increase might have something to do with the state spending $3.1 billion to partially fund the migrant crisis back in December 2023.
Don't worry though, the Boston Herald "has learned" that migrants do not qualify for EBT programs, so we can rule that out.
Venezuelan gang seizes San Antonio apartment complex
12 October 2024 by Bob Bishop
San Antonio’s massive apartment complex, Palatia Apartments (678 units), has been taken over by Tren de Aragua, a transnational criminal organization from Venezuela. This has caused fear and concern in the city. Four male members, who were documented Tren de Aragua gang members and had been previously detained by the U.S. Border Patrol, were later released. The gang has been involved in drug activity and human trafficking. It has been collecting rent from illegal aliens living at the complex. Additionally, a murder has occurred at the complex, according to interviewed residents. This alarming situation in San Antonio, a sanctuary city and FEMA center for human trafficking, has not received the national attention it deserves, unlike a similar incident in Aurora, Colorado.
The San Antonio Migrant Center (MRC) funded by FEMA is a transportation hub for illegal aliens for South Texas. It has facilitated the harboring and logistical transportation of over 633,000 aliens across the country. Logically, some migrants without a destination remain in San Antonio. This environment is ripe for human exploitation, with migrants staying in San Antonio benefiting from financial support provided by Catholic Charities and other NGOs.
Raddatz: "The incidents were limited to a handful of apartment complexes... A handful!"
@JDVance: "Do you hear yourself? Only a handful of apartment complexes were taken over by Venezuelan gangs and Donald Trump is the problem and not Kamala Harris' open border?"
And now, today, as former President Bill Clinton campaigns for Kamala Harris — yes, FOR Harris — in Georgia, he's telling Americans that if we had proper vetting at the border Laken Riley would still be alive.

Bill, you know you're supposed to be campaigning for Border Czar Kamala Harris, right? The lady responsible for this whole mess at the border.
You - a former Democrat president - are essentially telling us that if she and Joe would've done their job over the past 4 years, this poor young lady wouldn't have had to suffer death at the hands of an illegal immigrant.
And you're (refreshingly) telling us that the reason we need mass migration is because 60+ years of the sexual revolution and limitless abortion and "deconstruction" of the family - led by liberals - has led to cat ladies and porn addicts and girlboss CEOs at the expense of the survival of the country.
You're essentially campaigning for Donald Trump!!
You're essentially campaigning for Donald Trump!!
now let’s consider 25 million illegal immigrants. let’s say they live 4 to a dwelling. that’s 6.25 million required dwellings to house this influx.
1.4 million new housing units were built in the US in 2023.
see the problem? ...
nobody’s “fair share” of taxes ought to include “$10,000/room/month ($128k/year) for housing illegals.
i’m not sure anyone really knows, but some estimates place the housing cost for putting up illegals at $451 billion in 2023. if this is even close to correct (and it could be) that that’s a staggering number, nearly 8% of the federal budget. (though a lot of this was paid by states or localities)
whatever the number, the whole thing has become an epic racket padding the pockets of select interests and donors at the expense of john q public.
Border patrol agents are threatening to leave the critical federal agency in droves if Vice President Kamala Harris wins in November — with multiple agents telling The Post that they can’t face four more years of being undermined and scapegoated.
“I’m not doing this s–t again … four years of hell,” said one agent, who is nowhere near retirement.
Another agent said: “Lots of guys who can retire will go. If Trump wins, they’ll stay.”
A dangerous Venezuelan gang has taken over at least four apartment complexes in San Antonio, Texas, as it expands its reach in yet another America city, DailyMail.com can reveal.
Dubbed the 'epitome of evil', Tren de Aragua (TdA) is known to run drug smuggling, child prostitution and human trafficking rings in South America, with its members crossing over into the US in recent years amid a wave of Venezuelan migrants.
The tattooed mobsters have since unleashed a wave of crime across the country from Miami and Texas to Denver and New York.
The gang's activities in the American cities are back in the spotlight after ABC News’ Martha Raddatz claimed the instances of gang members' presence in apartments was limited to a 'handful' of complexes in Aurora, Colorado.
Just last week a small army of police officers raided an apartment complex in San Antonio and arrested 19 individuals - including four gang members.
Law enforcement sources confirmed TdA had been operating at the Palatia Apartments for five to six months - squatting in empty units they either rented out to other migrants, used as a base to deal cocaine or, most horrifically, as prostitution dens to pimp out women and children.
But now DailyMail.com can reveal that this apartment invasion is just the tip of the iceberg in the major southern Texas city, with at least three other rental properties also occupied by the criminal organization.
Two Illegal Alien Gang Members Set Free by Biden-Harris Admin Arrested for Murder
Two violent Venezuelan illegal alien gang members have been arrested in New York over the brutal murder of a 59-year-old man.
Both illegals are members of the notorious Venezuelan “Tren de Aragua” gang.
The foreign killers were able to illegally enter the country and roam American streets freely due to the open border policies of the Biden-Harris administration, authorities confirmed.
They were arrested in New York and charged with the murder and robbery of a 59-year-old man in a Connecticut hotel.
Police confirmed that they arrested 24-year-old woman Gregory Marlyn Galindez-Trias and Moises Alejandro Condollo-Urbaneja, a 22-year-old man.
An illegal alien has been arrested for raping an injured and defenseless 80-year-old woman in Florida.
Erick Garcia-Gutierrez, a 37-year-old man from Nicaragua, is accused of sexually assaulting the elderly woman in Miami-Dade County.
The victim was lying injured on the ground at the time of the attack after she fell in her home.
Garcia-Gutierrez had heard his victim “screaming for help” as she lay injured on the floor.
However, rather than help the elderly woman, Garcia-Gutierrez chose to rape her instead.
Garcia-Gutierrez was arrested on Oct. 19 in Miami-Dade County.

‘We’re flooded with trash’: pollution crisis as 500,000 migrants a year attempt perilous Darién Gap crossing
Isolated communities are sounding the alarm over poisoned rivers and cultural erosion after a surge in migrants crossing their ancestral lands
The Darién Gap’s isolation and formidable reputation has shielded the Indigenous communities who live there from the outside world for centuries. Spanish conquistadors died trying to settle in the sliver of dense, swampy rainforest connecting Colombia with Panama, and in recent decades only the most intrepid outsiders have undertaken the 60-mile (97km) trek as a test of their mettle.
Now, however, with half a million people slogging through the rainforest on their way to the US each year, Darién’s Indigenous groups say their ecosystem and way of life are under threat.
“It’s something that we did not expect, as the migration took off from one day to the next and suddenly we found ourselves flooded with trash,” says Yenairo Aji, a community leader, or “noco”, in Nueva Vigía, a village close to the Darién’s northern frontier where about 1,400 Emberá people live. “It’s worrying because we depend on our local ecosystem for everything. It’s our source of life.”
