And he's not officially POTUS yet. He's a private citizen still until January. He could have made dozens of calls to both of them already. I'm sorry, but there's no way Russia should have not won this. They both con'd the US and Western nations to send money to a war that was likely coordinated between both countries. They con scribed their prisoners to fight the war and die so they can free up more domestic funds to take. Russia just used their old Soviet era equipment and Ukraine used our old equipment.
