I don't know the legal standing of an overarching pardon if it got to the Supreme Court. If it's egregious enough Trump's feds might drain the Biden family and get it to the SCOTUS. I don't know for certain, but I don't think a pardon is an end all. The entire Biden family is likely doing or will do illegal shit for some time as well.

It should also be during your 4 years. That would mean J6'ers couldn't get pardoned, but whatever. There was really no point in being there. 4 years later everyone is turning. Maybe Trump losing was for the best.
