Seriously, though. I looked at the listings on Realtor.com and found that Homes listed in West Hills for up to $2 million. A 2,500 sq ft home looks like it would go for over $700K. So if you could build for less than $400k you would make a profit.
The buyer should throw a mobile home on the property and sell it for $1 million.
Perhaps you could arrange for the fire dept to have a practice burn, and burn it to the ground while practicing their fire fighting skills.

How about a 360-degree panoramic poster with the view of Malibu surrounding the mobile home? Ocean view!

Also getting rid of mountain people or bugs or critters.
If I were the seller, I would only show an "artist's impression" of the house. Any defects would be hidden nicely behind impressionist color dots.
Think Deliverance or Wrong Turn.
Or, new movie set for "The Beverly Hillbillies"
TWIT - The 1.7MM is for THE ENTIRE BUILDING genius. Look at the square footage in the Domania quote.
Sellers did well.
The new guy paid for most of the building.
The Beverly Hillbillies
Plot summary - three aspired actresses are attacked by mountain people while checking out an apparent real estate bargain.
Rated R for gore.

How about 3 former playboy bunnies who now work as RE agents?
How about 3 former playboy bunnies who now work as RE agents?
Excellent. The previous owner was half eaten by mountain people but mortgage was issued to his meat nonetheless.
Oh I know. 3 former bunnies attacked by Troll. Troll torn limb from limb.

Troll eventually defected by the $700 kitten.
There are tons of rich people out there, and they aren’t living paycheck to paycheck with I/O loans.
Agreed.
BUT, some investors delude themselves by overleveraging and thinking that they are rich. Rich people will buy prime RE whenever they want (hey even pay cash (real cash, not borrowed cash)) a shrewd investor will buy prime RE when the property can be bought below value, or fundamentals give high expectation of price growth.
I wouldn't debate the point too much. Any logical arguments only hurt MP's brain. And since he's already intellectually handicapped any further damage can only make him more obnoxious.
MP fights with most of his brain cells tied behind his back.
That is so gross. Can someone provide an "artist's impression" of this troll? We need an artwork for the movie poster.
Is MP the AntiTroll?
He is the anti-Chr...
No, that would be giving him too much credit.
AntiTroll: What do you consider “rich†to be?
Actually I prefer the question.
"What do you consider wealthy to be?"
Answer: Independance.
To be able to do the things you like to do. This is different for most people.
For some people it means cash, others running their own business, having children, being healthy etc
For me. To be happy, enjoy life, good food, enjoy others company, doing things I enjoy, raise my family. Money isn't a driving factor in my life,(it does help though) as I try not to live beyond my means and try to have realistic expectations.
What about yourself?
I’m sad you don’t like my imagery. I’ll keep working on it.
No, I like the imagery... A troll is supposed to be gross, right?
Wealth to me means being able to live life on your own terms regardless of what's going on with the outside world.
No, I like the imagery… A troll is supposed to be gross, right?
I'm not sure. But our troll is gross.
Is MP the AntiTroll?
Zephyr, AntiTroll is a friend. MP is a troll. There is no similarity between them whatsoever.
AntiTroll: What do you consider “rich†to be?
Oh, and one important thing to me is:-
I'm debt free with cash in bank.
We will all be rich producing The Beverly Hillbillies: Attack of the Troll.

"For sale: Trailer w/ocean vu, $1 million obo "
Yahoo News: tinyurl.com/9eh5l
So wonderfully Californian, Marsha Weidman's home has it all--along the beach, far from noisy traffic, with a Jacuzzi used to watch sunsets over the Pacific.
For this, she and her husband recently paid $1.05 million.
For that, they got a trailer, built in 1971, without any land.
Plus, the family must pay "space rent," which at two Malibu parks dotted with seven-figure trailers ranges from $800 to $2,500 monthly.
So... Is this a great deal or what?? After all, this is prime beachfront in MALIBU, people! Some pretty big PIBs (Positive IntangiBles) here, no? Discuss.
