Clean - one owner! You'll love this quaint home on quiet street in good neighborhood. Shaded windows, custom floorplan. Former occupants were amateur scientists with thriving home business. We just can't say enough about this home!
No offer too low! Call 555-1234.
You're not selling that house, are you? Nice house, just not sure about that made in china train. lol.

With luck, that house might get run over by the train.
I liked JodyChunder's posts enough that I looked at Victorville listings on Zillow, and they seemed quite reasonable. Then I read more about the area: very hot summers, somewhat cold winters, and it's represented in the legislature by the horrible Knight duo. I can't understand how any place could vote for them, and I wouldn't want to reside among such voters.
The Victorville hookers must be delighted, quick train ride to Vegas.
House looks great, I love the lawn.
It'l be worth a million when that train gets done.

This home is perched high on a vista overlooking beautiful Apple Valley. The window treatments were fashioned by local artisans and sourced from native timber. The all natural landscaping is both low-maintenance and environmentally friendly. Within cycling distance to entertainment, the penitentiary and the soon-to-be high-speed train depot! Zip out to Vegas for the evening and come back to a Victorville a winner!

No, that area's a little tony for me. I'm more of a rustic soul.

You said it.
Once Upon a Time in Victorville

All true -- but we have other things to make up for it! Do you have an airliner boneyard in your hometown?

Maybe the lab equipment is still intact, the ventilator is still on the roof and the place doesn't look like it exploded, though it is admittedly hard to tell for sure.
The cartels might cut off your head, though.
Jody needs to do a walk around documentary on Victorville, it would probably win an Emmy.

LOL I checked YouTube, entered Victorville, first suggestion was Victorville fights. Just to see if that was a common combination, I checked other city names, only Fresno had the same suggestion.

Those fights are fairly common -- g-rated stuff.
One thing is certain -- it's definitely not dullsville.

Sadly, my hometown doesn't offer a gorilla playing a saxophone with balloons. I feel cheated.
Well uncle jody, look at the bright side, soon enough you'll be able to slap an HISTORIC plate on that antique. You know, one of the things I've learned of late here on patnet is that houses appreciate over time. There's just something about wood decaying away out in the elements, that makes it more valuable over time. Hell, in 200 years, that shack will be worth a bajillion dollars. Congrats
It's not too late to get in on a good thing out here in Paradisa!
