Calling anyone from The Daily Show a "Reporter", is like calling Cartman from South Park a "Life Coach".
That being said Rick Scott is a hyper douche, I get the feeling, he would have been indicted under previous administrations.
Despite requiring citizens to take a drug test, which a federal judge has stopped him from doing, Florida governor Rick Scott still refuses to submit to a drug test.
