The Trump cartoon above badly misrepresents the facts.
Trump said "they let you do that" when referring to rich and powerful men grabbing women by the pussy. In fact, women encourage it and are flattered, as long as the man has a high enough status and is not too hideous. Every woman wants to be wanted by high-value men.
On the other hand, Putin has no particular relationship with Trump and certainly never grabbed Trump, not even metaphorically. The Putin story has no details, since it is simply a fraud perpetrated by the mainstream media out of spite at Hillary's loss.
So it's an extremely dishonest cartoon.
