The dialog is a joke I'm sure. But the image they used, is a real trial perhaps. I'm not certain who though.

I'm not a Nutella fan at all, but I think I called it right over ten years ago, when England started their assault on what people ate, and set their sights on Nutella.
Fast-forward to know, England is the uber Nanny State that it is now. Only rivaled by NZ and AU.
Firstly who eats a whole jar of it at once? So half of it is just sugar, so what. They put a tablespoon on a slice of bread, that means they are only eating half a tablespoon of sugar.
They could be eating a Snickers bar, which would have a hell of a lot more sugar, and don't see anyone attacking Mars, Nestle, and Hershey's, they way they have Nutella.
I would love it though if they came out with a version with say 20% less sugar as it's just a tad bit too sweet imo.
Agreed. Nutella is still by far the best tasting hazelnut chocolate spread and it's constantly attacked for its sugar content. It's not that high, just read the label, one serving (which is pretty large) has roughly the same amount as half a can of soda. It's certainly no health food, but it's not going to kill you. Stay active and enjoy your occasional Nutella! I would love it though if they came out with a version with say 20% less sugar as it's just a tad bit too sweet imo.
I do that with salad dressing, but swapping in olive oil for canola oil. Nice of stores to put the ingredients right on the bottle.

So stir in some straight Hershey's Dutch chocolate powder.
