IMHO, the overweight health problem (diabetes and pre-diabetes / fatty-liver syndrome) in the US is due to too much cheap and easily obtainable/storable starch fried in vegetable seed oil. Starch triggers insulin response, and 2-4hrs later makes the person feel hungry (due to insulin scrubbing blood sugar) therefore eat more. Vegetable seed oils are all very inflamatory (often also having Hexane in it from production process). If people would eat more real meats (including eggs) and vegetable/fruits, and skip the cheap and easy industrially fried starch, they'd be much healthier. I used to lose 10lb/mo whenever I switched to meat+fruit/veggie diet.

Edit: "cheap" as in ingredients are cheap to the industrial manufacturers; the price to consumer may not be all that cheap. The real riddle is how to convince busy parents to buy a couple pounds of chicken or a pound of beef or 2 dozens of eggs, instead of a big bag of potato chips or corn chips. The consume prices are not that far apart from each other, but the profit margin to manufacturers is a lot higher on the fried crap chips. The subsequent profit margin to the medical / pharma establishment is even higher, much higher. At least the annual sales of sugar water (bottled and canned soda under brand names) have been coming down in recent years, so there's some good news on that front.

This for sure, with refined sugars, and GMO stuff. They are combo poisons, likely dreamt up by nutritional researchers from the usual suspects specifically geared to fuck up the populace. Just like those brightly colored toxic frogs in the Amazon, you look at the most brightly colored and garish prepared foods packages and treats in the grocery store, and it is the stuff that is the most programmed poison that is metabolically the worst for you.

Because of a sugar elevation, I went on a refined wheat and refined sugar free diet, lots of veggies, fruits, roughage, protein, eggs and animal fats (supposedly nightmare cardiac diet from the corrupt and apparently deceitful recommendations), dropped seed oils, mayonnaise, ketchup, margarine etc. and all of my medical stats and tests improved (including fats, which were already low), and I lost at least 25 pounds so far without formal dieting.

I think that breakfast cereals are the worst, which is exactly where you would think the diabolical forces would concentrate their toxic attentions (stumble barely awake, put cereal in bowls for the kids, easy, quick, convenient etc.) of course along with seed oils and their congeners in margarine. Something in those 'foods' also damage hormone response, because I have also gotten hair back where it had departed, and my beard is like nails now.

Would we expect anything less from the Ukrainian spi-boys? Pedo murderer Schiff's endorsement means they are for sure managed Monarch MPD.
