That fits with my one visit to Japan. There were usually a few businessmen in suits passed out on the sidewalk or in the subway in the early morning, the result of the previous night.
I knew a Japanese professional guy and he confirmed that there was a lot of alcohol consumption amongst Japanese. They work hard then cut loose, I guess.

How many people here would step up and take one of these horrible machines out of circulation? Might come in handy for selling unvaxxed sperm, though.
