In the clown room video the Wells Fargo genius says at 5:55 the following.
"This is not going to be repeatable anytime soon. So, this is the best time to buy and this is the best time to sell".
WTF? How can it be the best time to do both? So, if I have a house I should sell and if I don't then I should buy. Wow, who would have though such a time could happen. These guys are so crazy with their chants that they can't help but screw up their words sometimes. ;)
Flip already, this time is different!
It *IS* the best time to do both because without the liquidity that's taken for granted, neither one is likely to happen.

Except that when I listened to it he says it's the best time to sell for real estate professionals (NOT home owners), does he not?
It's always the best time to buy and sell! We are all gonna be millionaires! Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain!

One of my enjoyments is going back and looking at videos that predicted things that never really happened. Here it is the "Second surge". Sounds exciting, like something from a honeymoon night. ;)

I simple love the explanation for why the west had a month-to-month decline. Apparently there was lots of demand but they were demanding houses in a price that was lower than what was available? Hmmm. Doesn't that get fixed in a simple supply-demand picture buy the sellers dropping down to meet these buyers in order for actual sales to happen? How do they know this demand exists? Are they checking Zillow play data now? Does everyone call NAR and say what they would buy? Absolutely, not! They are trying to answer the negative part of the data through this asses. Very insulting when I hear it. This guys is such a puppet.
