I truly would not doubt that A.F. was visited by gubmint observers. In any official environment it certainly would have been mandated they verify his intent. We all assume he is not really disgruntled, RIGHT ? RIGHT ?

There's a joke running around about the need to add an even more elite classs to separate the real Supermen from the plebes.
Thus with both Rapture and the 4400, I would expect to see finer divisions by social class now. Because you know in America, we just don't have NEARLY ENOUGH artificial divisions these days. I doubt AF made the cut for even the lowest tier of the 4400 now.

I say when any credit company or bank offers a silver, gold, platinum, or diamond card, the card has to be made at least 99% of that material.
