Same area. Same HOA. Townhouse(half of a duplex) 120k. 1300 sq ft, 3bed, 2 bath. Backyard. Rent $1250 month. House is 190k. 2200 sq ft. 3bed 2 bath(1 large bonus room). Backyard(double size). Rent $1500 month. Cashflow is better in the townhouse, but the sfh has possible better end game sell price. What do you think?
