Can anyone actually support the form and content of this teachers point of view?? She is so ignorant and misguided that she is not even aware of the double standard she is espousing. Also, since the race-baiting left has opened the salvo on identity politics, I'm just wondering what this "teachers" ethnic background is (based purely on her speech affectation)...

I'm sure I will be assumed a racist for saying this (if only from those on the LEFT) - but with every passing day that I read or watch stories about black American Obama supporters I cannot help but think that LEFT leaning blacks are not (dare I say it) culturally mature/sensitive enough to have "one of their own" at the helm in the White House. I DO NOT feel this way about RIGHT leaning black Americans, since they reject the very notion of identity politics from its very premise...
Equal protection under the law is the prerequisite of a just order from which peace & freedom can ensue, without the hazards of double-standards and the "special" classes of people that result....

If I were the parent of a kid in that class I would certainly have him reassigned another teacher, if not pull him/her out of that school entirely . . .
