Words cannot adequately express the upwelling of PATRIOTISM AND PRIDE that spreads my wings when I see Moe DO HIS THING!>!>!! MOEMONEYMOEMOENY “NAR President Moe Veissi encourages all members to celebrate the Fourth of July with the special understanding that every time they sell a home they further establish the ideals that build America into the greatest country on the face of the earth.”

I USED TO THINK the American Dream was that “life should be better and richer and fuller for everyone, with opportunity for each according to ability or achievement regardless of social class or circumstances of birth.” But then the NAR in their infinite genius co-opted it into the most brilliant propaganda, that the American dream was to go into 30 years of debt and pay twice, three times even what the damn house was worth in interest to bankers. You have to bow down and prostrate yourselves before such power!!!>!>!>! Moe 7/2/2012: “REALTORS, ARCHITECTS OF THE AMERICAN DREAM.” BAZAMMMM!!!

"The National Association of Realtors, the HEAVYWEIGHT!!!!!!! trade association, opposes any changes to the law, saying that most homeowners use the deduction at some point, and cutting the break would lead to a decline in home values of 15%."

pazuzu says

"The TERM REALTOR® HAS COME TO CONNOTE COMPETENCY, FAIRNESS, and HIGH INTEGRITY resulting from adherence to a lofty ideal of moral conduct in business relations."
