Sociopaths/Realtors will attempt to make you feel pity for them, even as they ruin your life!
Sociopaths/Realtors have lack of empathy when their victims suffer pain that they have caused.
If realtors are sociopaths and I agree that some of them certainly are, what does it make a landlord who stakes claim to 40%-50% of someone's after tax income in the form of rent? Does that make them an equivalent of MS13 gang?

How to spot Sociopaths/Realtors:
1. Do you often feel used by the person?
6. Does he often appeal to pity? Does he seem to try to make you feel sorry for him?

4. Does he tend to make contradictory statements?

The Sociopath/Realtor overestimates his talents and abilities:
"I can write. I can come up with ideas that no one has ever thought of before, ideas that awe and enflame and inspire. I can paint for you a picture of the world you have always longed to see. I can show you the life you have known in your heart should always have been yours. I can make you soar, make you weep, make you writhe and shiver and squirm and scream."

Appalling simply AP-PAL-LING. Here is a saint of a man who is both ARTEEEST and REALTOR ™ and you doomers say sociopath?!?!?!? Listen to his prose! I can tell he is reaching out to you ladies –wink wink-, reaching out with his pale Realtor ™ fingers to “make you writhe and shiver and squirm and scream!†SMEXY SMEXY You go Greg!
The difference to me is that 99.999% of Sociopaths are extremely good-looking (goes with the territory.)

I don't see how this is possible after reading all 21 of Greg's compelling reasons to bank on the future of the Phoenix real estate market. It couldn't be he was lying to sell houses to suckers, could it?
There are definitely a much higher percentage of sociopaths among Realtors then in the general population.
Lack of empathy can be very helpful when you are getting paid a lot to do very little while screwing your patsy, er I mean client.
The list of Sociopath characteristics is so perfect, no wonder so many become Realtors:
Sociopaths/Realtors can be extremely manipulative and will try to con you whenever possible.
