I'm seeing a lot of houses in Florida on hotpads.com advertised as zero down and a low monthly payment. For real?

The spice must flow. Rent from a landlord or rent from a bank. Either way, all anyone cares about is the monthly payment anymore. I don't even know why houses are given a "value" anymore. It is mostly a marketing gimmick, much like how megapixels are used to market cameras.
