Try intuit/costco 401k. fee quoted to me were much lower. Specifically - monthly fee $69
Set up fee 375, employee montly fee $1.50. Fund fees vary. Some other fees for distribution, loans, conversion, plan termination ect. For what it's worth.
Also, other options with lower fees but very different features.

How small? We use Vanguard for a SIMPLE IRA. Fee is $25 per year for each Vanguard fund (I just dump it all in S&P 500 and balance things out with my other IRAs.)
After several years of having nothing, we now have a 401K plan at work. This was very important to me, so I was happy just to get anything. The fees suck, though. It's 0.75% straight fee plus a variable fee depending on the fund. The typical "target date retirement" fund is 1-1.2%
So, you end up paying 2+%, which totally sucks. It sucks about 25% of your returns away from you assuming 8% returns.
It looks like Vanguard is now offering something for small businesses and the fees look pretty good.
Anyone have any experience with this offering from Vanguard or any other provider?
Any way to roll my 401K over to my IRA without quitting? (I think the answer is no, but I'm looking for all options)
Thanks
