what ? are you the chosen one like your leader Obama-rama...
for a person living in such a progressive state you would think you would have been smarter, guess that cali for you.
Simply put the founding fathers would not have understood science today.
They could never have predicted it.
Thomas, grow up.
all things today came from some antiquated invention from 100s of years ago...
of course you would attempt to redux your argument to that, it's easier to make.
BULLSHIT!
Do you know how many new elements we have found/created in the past 250 years?
Do you know how many new materials we have created in the past 250 years?
Crashing Balloons as aircraft. Shut the fuck up Thomas.
flunked history.. just a obamatron.. what ever the liberal media pumps into you.
I always knew you were a moron. Liberal bashing me will get you nowhere, I am not a liberal.

No, you think the founding fathers foresaw modern technology based on what , a fucking BALLOON!
Shut the fuck up, idiot!
Keep ignoring the facts Thomas, that must be the way you got your cali education.
The best thing about this thread is all the potential epitaph material. For example, envision any of the following subtle epithets engraved in granite:
BALLOONS! YOU FOOL!
BULLSHIT!
Shut the fuck up Thomas.
what a chump !
Truly excellent!
ah... Thedaytoday, is a control freak.. s/he has limited mindset..
unable to understand the possibility. If our founding fathers were
so limited.. they, and we, would would been royalists and we be part of the UK.
do not forgot one other one from Thedaytoday ... "you racists".... ah Golden !
Disagree.. they understood how man created inventions and would continue to do so in the future.. be it from the Biblical times to Middle Ages to their contemporary periods..they too understood crazy suicide bombers... the were called the Mongols even in their history books.
"Jacques Charles and the Robert brothers launched their balloon, the world's first hydrogen-filled balloon, on August 27, 1783, from the Champ de Mars (now the site of the Eiffel Tower); Benjamin Franklin was among the crowd of onlookers."
Thomas your a moron
No, you think the founding fathers foresaw modern technology based on what , a fucking BALLOON!
s/he has limited mindset..
I do not have a limited mindset, I am extremely inventive. In fact you are the one who thinks think the founding fathers had a grasp of future technology based on what!
a BALLOON!
That's a limited mindset.
They had no clue and neither do you.
I am infact a futurist !
Thedaytoday .... take your meds.. your duplicating your posts... maybe call a doctor or a mental health institution..
thomaswong.1986 and balloons are technology from the future!
Idiot.
Keep on the prozac
take your meds.. your duplicating your posts
Perhaps you will read one and answer it instead of creating your own answers that make no sense.
Clearly you are not interested in the facts , typical repuke.
In fact you are the one who thinks think the founding fathers had a grasp of future technology based on what!
a BALLOON!
as did everyone... just the beginning... now man can fly.. what other things will happen?
for someone who calls himself "inventive" you certainly dont see the connections and possibilities... your failure for lack of imagination...
thomaswong.1986 your arguments make no sense and you have no leg to stand on.
Balloons of the future filled with hydrogen.
IDIOT!
Thomas, you think the founding fathers foresaw modern technology based on what , a fucking BALLOON!
Shut the fuck up, idiot!
They too understood crazy suicide bombers... the were called the Mongols even in their history books.
Idiot! You really are full of moronic gems.
The first aircraft disaster occurred in May 1785 when the town of Tullamore, County Offaly, Ireland was seriously damaged when the crash of a balloon resulted in a fire that burned down about 100 houses, making the town home to the world's first aviation disaster. To this day, the town shield depicts a phoenix rising from the ashes.
Idiot!
Idiot! You really are full of moronic gems.
fine example of someone "over the edge"... best check yourself in..
before you go on a shooting spree...
A hydrogen gas balloon or aerostat is not an aircraft
An airship is a floating aircraft
yeah, that's just the type of banter you get when you converse with

Correct.
You are a GASBAG.
flunked history.. just a obamatron.. what ever the liberal media pumps into you.

Quite correct. You would know about all things "gas", you overblown GASBAG.
A hydrogen gas balloon or aerostat is not an aircraft
Privacy and safety is a tradeoff. Most people are willing to give up some privacy in exchange for safety.
I've heard that argument before.
Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both. -- Ben Franklin
Privacy and safety is not a tradeoff. Safety is inversely proportional to transparency, not infringement of privacy.
For a society to be safe, all government actions must be transparent. Invasions of privacy like strip searches are not necessary. For example, it is far more crucial to secure safety in Congress than in a prison since our government and our entire nation is dependent on Congress. Therefore, if strip searches are necessary to ensure adequate safety in prisons, then it is also necessary to strip search every member of Congress and every person entering Congress. Conversely, if Congress can be safeguarded without strip searches, then so can a prison. So, why do we strip search prisoners and not Congressmen?
We have security theater in our country. This is not the same thing as real security.
Quite correct. You would know about all things "gas", you overblown GASBAG.
A hydrogen gas balloon or aerostat is not an aircraft
Go fuck yourself ruki
CPTIdiot Says:
The Liberal actions seem more racist to me, than those of the Republicans. Democrats by their very action claims that minorities are incapable of achieving goals by them selves. They have some imaginary barrier. But yet, immigrant of all color come to this country every year, and do better than most College educated White people. This has been the land of opportunity for a reason. It is the Liberals that try to rob minorities of those opportunity. By shoving them in government, administrative and service roles, and other dead end jobs.
CaptainShuddup says
Leo you're full of Shit, I have never applauded a post about molesting murdered children. Get over your self.
In a thread that you were participating in, on 4:12pm Mon 17 Dec 2012 zzyzzx jokes about the Sandy Hook kids getting molested:
zzyzzx says
It's been several days and I still can't find any Sandy Hook Shooting related Pedobear pics. You people are disappointing me.
Then in a later thread you promise that you will continue to make fun of the deaths of children along with your buddy zzyzzx.
CaptainShuddup says
Here's the future tragedies that zzy... uh the Catlady[zzyzzx]( just a nickname I'm not being gender specific) and I will lampoon to show the Liberal policy failings.
Knowing that zzyzzx's future "lampooning" of murdered children will probably be similar to his past "lampoon" that included the molestation of the children it is only reasonable to assume that you are "applauding" zzyzzx's molestation comments.
CaptainShuddup says
But if you feel better scorning the Catlady[zzyzzx] and me over this adminsitrations failings, and the moral filth in the entertainment industry marketed to kids and preteens. Then go ahead, but I'll call the future headlines and there's nothing you can do about stopping them coming into fruition. Not while you're turning a blind eye to the moral decay inhibitor.
Curious2 agrees:
The issue is, although the Captain is a bigot, he can also explain his own mind, which is fascinating. I once asked him how someone with his spelling could program computers, and he explained "the string values goes inside the quotes. That is either user supplied or came from the database... I'm not concerned with what something is called, I only worry about what it does." To understand his bigotry, you have to go back to the beginning, where he was programmed by the Southern Baptist Convention to defend their authority and attack their designated enemies. It doesn't matter who the designated enemy might be - certainly the Bible provides much more condemnation of adulterers and the rich (e.g. Newt Gingrich) than of the Captain's targets. But Newt Gingrich bought off enough of the Southern Baptist Convention to win the 2012 presidential primary in the Captain's home state of South Carolina. I could not understand how that was possible until the Captain explained his own process: the string value goes inside the quotes. Charles Bronson was in a classic movie called Telefon with a similar operating principle. Having programmed him, all the Convention needs to do now is designate the string value, and Captain Bot will launch into operation. Of course his attacks don't make any sense logically and are often counter-factual, but that's the point; he's in a Telefon trance, taking time that he could otherwise devote to his family and instead attacking his programmers' designated enemies. The program is self-destructive to the individual bots, but it keeps them under control and strengthens the programmers.
There are millions programmed the same way, enough to carry the South Carolina primary for Newt Gingrich. At least the Captain has the candor to explain it. If each PatNet User could ban just one other person, by the end of the week there'd be none of us left except maybe elliemae. I appreciate the opportunity to learn more about how other people think, and what causes them suddenly to stop thinking and follow a totally different program buried deep in their brains.

Ball, from Patterson, NY, said he planned to introduce legislation that would keep permit information private except to prosecutors and police.
Those Libs should be proud of them selves. NY will now have concealed, concealed permits. Kind of a wrong knee jerk response if you ask me. A better suited law, would be while anyone is free to request information. They are not at liberty to publish or reproduce that information in any way. You may feel free to post it or share that single hard copy as much as you want, as long as it is the original, while you are not allowed to make copies. But you may not post it on websites, or publish information in news papers.
But I guess it was too hard of a stretch to make that connection.
