Give all those illegals Citizenship so we can finally collect taxes from them. Make all drugs legal so we can collect taxes from the drug dealers as well.

Both points are correct. I'd further add that the savings from not having to enforce futile bans against "illegal" drugs and "illegal" people would be even greater.
Just to phrase it in keeping with the line of thought from the original poster: the imaginary free law enforcement against things and people that "I" don't personally like is not really free either.
We _already_ collect taxes from illegal immigrants.
Up to 10% of the Social Security fund came from their contributions.
We don't get much in income tax, although that's not because they're illegal. It's because America has the most progressive income tax system out of the OECD 24 which includes Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, The Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, The Slovak Republic, Sweden, Switzerland, and The United Kingdom.
I am beginning to see that making people illegal is just a ploy that benefits the rentier class of wealthy, and harms the middle class. "Illegal" people will work for less, wont complain about bad conditions, and are used to undercut middle class by being their low cost replacements. If there were no "illegals" then labor would be in a better position. Taxes would be more evenly dispersed, with less incentive for tax dodging. People of all sorts could better pursue their dreams, and a greater economy is created. The economy after all, is just people being productive and trading the fruits of their laboratory for things. More people = larger economy.
...Now, free citizenship for illegal aliens.
From time to time I have to remind myself about the "New" American Dream.
...youth at college noted that the government should, "Pay my tuition, provide me with a job, give me money for a house, make sure I get free health care and pay for my retirement." If necessary, "... raise taxes on rich people so that I can have more money ..."
(Professor Jack W. Chambless at Valencia College in Florida asked his students to write a short essay expressing their view of The American Dream.)
