I'm not actually opposed to this. Cheapo plebes in LA have long taken to house viewing as a pastime in LA and all it does is create unnecessary traffic in neighborhoods.
If you can afford a five million dollar home, $50 should be like pennies to you.

I guess the 150K in commission is not enough...
I think the commission should really be $50 + a free happy meal. Then realtors would be properly paid based on their education.
