Apparently Michelle Obama's classmate Toni Townes-Whitley, Princeton class of ’85, is senior vice president at CGI Federal (a CANADIAN company) won a NO BID contract to do the site.
It just doesnt get any more corrupt than this. Debt will be 22T by Feb14 (up from 17T) . The spending limits are non-existent between now and February14.
