Just curious, what's your weather like where you are?

I had 4" snow and was fortunate to remain inside. The barn survived perfectly and all the critters were warm and safe.

But about 300 cars weren't as lucky - the states of Arizona & Utah closed the main road between Salt Lake City and Las Vegas:

The Gorge is a beautiful canyon that pretty much follows the Virgin River as it meanders through a mountain range. When it's raining, it's treacherous and frightening. When it's snowing, it's a disaster. It certainly doesn't snow very often - so the only snow plow in the area is at the St. George mini-airport. There are some plows up the mountains, but they're in use up there. So 300 cars were trapped all night as they were evacuated 1x1. There is no cell service in the gorge, it musta been fun.

How's the weather affecting ya'll?

What is this "snow" you speak of?

Actually got below freezing last night. Thinking of asking for a rebate on my rent.

It's horrible. I saw frost this morning in the sunshine. Everybody in CA are in a state of panic and don't know what to do.

It actually rained a couple of days ago, you know, like when lots of water comes out of the sky. It must be the end of days.

In Houston we barely made it through a 46 degree low night. But thankfully, it warmed to 53 degrees during the day. Last week we had a couple nights were it got below 40, but that's about it. Looks like winter is almost over down here.

I need to find a job like that, where you can be so totally wrong but still have a job the next day

Get a job in government. Getting things totally wrong is in their job description.

We had 5 - 6" of wet snow today when the weathermen called for maybe an inch, they were STILL calling for a inch when it was coming down at an inch per hour...

You know that stuff that keeps your drinks cold - in Utah we call it "ice?" Some places it falls out of the sky in little pieces accumulates on the ground.

People actually participate in competitions where they slide down the stuff. If you're the fastest, you get to bang Tiger Woods.

Ugh, I'll pass thanks.

We had 6 inches of acid ice.
I ran outside and held my face high for several minutes gazing at the divine beauty of the driving crystal barrage.
All my zits are gone now....it was a poor man's chemical peel.
