I looked at it in late 2012...it's a dump and the foundation needs some major work. I can see why goes from pending -> active, but I never understand when it goes from active -> pending.

foundation needs some major work
The inspector finds the cracks in the foundation..
I looked at a house here with a large horizontal crack in the foundation along with an obvious patch job on the wall directly above the crack. The wall was still bowed inward toward the crack.
Didn't stop the house from selling $50k above asking though.
Why do you think this house has been pending three different times? Why would that be? Why is that blue tape over the toilet?
