Who do you think have been profiting the most from high Oil and Gas prices?
They get it coming and going, they get the grants and incentives from the government, unsecured no recourse loans, all meant to drive Green innovation. But instead they pocket the money and manipulate the commodity markets to effect prices across the board instead.
