Um, he checked their age, so what the hell crime was committed? Sounds like he should sue the hell out of the state for false arrest and violation of free speech. It's legal to wait until a person is 18 before doing any nude modeling, and that's exactly what he did.

Whether or not you are offended by what a person says is irrelevant. If saying anything that some person finds offensive is illegal, then you'd have to arrest all the Christians in this country because I find their religion and superstitions to be offensive. I find prayer to be offensive, so if we're arresting people for inadvertently offending people, round up all the people who say prayers even in the privacy of their own home.
