Who the heck are you? Some upper-middle peasant? If you have to work for a living, you do not have the time to be a Renaissance Man.
Hence, my exit strategy. My stake in this fund will be bought out and then, I'll have all the time in the world.
Warren Buffet, Hank Paulson, and many of the other rich guys out there are intellectually bankrupt and also, probably don't have high end strippers either, as they completely lack imagination.
Richard Branson, of Virgin Atlantic, is the closest to a billionaire Renaissance man today.
with wives they now find unattractive who would love that fate.
Spanking the monkey or going to a cathouse?

Wives leaving them the hell alone so they can get on a proper groove.
I love Pat.net.
I use it daily as a bench mark to confirm my sanity.
Good lord you people are straight fucked up.

how pathetic that not only are these people obsessed with home ownership, they have virtually no lives and spend most of it on a web forum ABOUT homeownership where most of the users sit around and develop wishful thinking about their property prices.
its so pathetic. by losers Im going to ride my motorcycle up to flagstaff, get some chili, and maybe camp out tonight.

I hear the scorpions will be particularly active tonight
Sleep tight!
Chances are you will find yourself in some situation.
Even Renaissance man Thomas Jefferson ended up banging his enslaved half-sister-by-marriage.
Nah, I'll keep my residence, outside of the Quebec province :-)
"Look honey, I am a normal male...I need sex. It's not a choice, I need to have it because without it I cannot function. I either get it from you, or I get it from someone else.....You decide"
Lie back, grit your teeth, and think of the Empire!
I either get it from you, or I get it from someone else.....You decide
That's like an invitation to being taken to the cleaners.
This isn't a French or Thai wife, we don't support a mistress culture within the 49 states. I'm leaving Utah out of this discussion.
leaving Utah out
high five on that one .... maybe add Florida, they are $preading their big love.
Florida's a new one for me.
This makes the workplace less worth being a part of
There. Large organizations are all like that. Simple human nature.

If you aint getting it you have to do something. Show some balls.
Large organizations are all like that
Maybe, but being in a local business requires a completely different set of traits: one has to be honest and even upright. It feels great, weasels crash and burn as they well should.
You will be surprised. Politics is unavoidable in all organizations larger than two.
Everyone is susceptible to his own human weaknesses: flattery, back-handed flattery, etc. This is caused by a mismatch between reality and the perceived ideal.
Data is a lie's best friend.
Rejecting alternative belief systems makes "science" a bona fide religion.
Not belief systems, but Theories, YES!
Science has become a religion of one Theory.
Then they don't even acknowledge how wrong they often are, even after news later reveals that last years breakthrough discovery, wasn't a breakthrough at all. And the results can't be reproduced.
I think when you stop looking, you stop discovering. People are clinging to notions and ideas, rather than getting real science. All it takes for one to be Scientist anymore. Is to be well read on other people's work. It becomes nothing more than a Technical Book Club, with fans that defends plots and characters to the bitter end.
For every guy in the lab, with curiosity and a thirst for knowledge. There are 1,000 scientist out there "ALL IN" on scientific debates, that has not stepped foot in a lab since they left high school or college. Probably more than that, of people that has never been in a lab at all.
Captain, scientists are political creatures too. :-)
Admitting mistakes makes someone look bad.
Besides, data can be used to support any theory. Consequently, the scientific community, as an organism, purports the theories that would give them the most attention and funding.
No wonder they always say that the sky is falling... or the ocean is rising...
Whatever.

Jesus Captain, you are an idiot.
" even after news later reveals that last years breakthrough discovery, wasn't a breakthrough at all. And the results can't be reproduced. "
Wtf are you talking about? The opposite is true. When news comes out that the result can not be reproduced, everyone is all over it !

Thats not as big a problem as you wish it to be. Most of break through work in physics, is theoretical and backed by Math, long before it is ever verified in a lab or by observations. Some of Eintein's theories weren't verified until long after he died.
Your arrogance is the really stunning part. How is it that someone so lacking in intelligence can think they are smarter than all the experts ?
This is what makes you a typical republican. If you were smart enough to respect people that are WAY more intelligent than you, you'd be a democrat.
Yeah, right. Science is religion." I guess this gives the right wing American retards the permission to reject anything they want. "Durrr... me can think just as good as that smarty pants 'scientist' from M.I.T."
Or as the captain would write it. "Me. Can think. Just as good. As that smarty pants. Scientist from M.I.T."
