WAYNESBORO, Va. (AP) -- An Augusta County woman faces a misdemeanor charge under Virginia's new revenge pornography law.

Waynesboro police tell media outlets that 28-year-old Rachel Lynn Craig is accused of posting a nude photograph of another woman on Facebook.

The law went into effect July 1. It makes it illegal to distribute a sexually explicit image of others without their permission. The phenomenon is called "revenge porn."

Police Sgt. Brian Edwards says the 22-year-old victim told police that Craig took the photograph from a cell phone belonging to the woman's boyfriend and posted the image on Facebook. The woman says she had taken the photograph of herself and sent it to her boyfriend's cell phone.

Thank God, a law to maintain the sanctity of your tatted ass and tweetie!

Only that special someone should be seeing the flaming skulls, spiders, and scorpions along with brainless logos in Goth German script.

but but but! I thought the image belonged to that person and they could do what ever they saw fit?

Oh I think I know what happened that killed that sentiment among Liberals.
It was a picture of a Liberal Golden Boy Wheiner's tally whacker that sunk his pie in the sky dreams. So now when Obama is out of office and decides to Sext his junk to Sarah Palin, she wont be able to broadcast it and ruin his post Presidential career.

Liberals because laws are only necessary, when it fucks their shit up.

Wait, Captain Shuddup, are you coming out in favor of revenge porn?

NO I was always against it, I remember about 4 or 5 years ago. When people were trying to sue ex's over naked pictures and videos of them being shared to publicly shame them when things didn't go their way. You guys were all in favor of it. Saying it's that person's property to do as they saw fit. You guys dint' see any problem with someone sending a nude picture to someone that they were romantically involved with. Then that person showing that picture around to slander that person after the relationship was over.

That sentiment only changed after it killed Wieners career.

I would never be in favor of that. As a liberal, I believe in people's right to privacy. That's something conservatives don't believe in, which is why conservatives are all for domestic spying and rapescanners.

Once again, you are wrong.

Whether I am for or against is highly dependent on the hotness of the victim.
