There's still not enough for the growth that they want - so they're attempting to rape the natural resources on the Utah/Nevada border.

Las Vegas has enough people living there and it's a fucking desert. They should be happy they have the water that they do

$817,000,000 to dig a third tunnel because the first one is above the water line - and the second one may soon be - and that's good news?

I'm sure that Vegas will have plenty of water, assuming the projections made in the early 20th century as to the average annual flow rate of the Colorado.

Of course, many believe that those projections are 20% on the high side. They were extrapolated from measurements over 20 wet years.
