Nope. First of all, Authbahn in not highway, or rather highway is not Autobahn. Autobahn is an equivalent of freeway, i.e. a divided road with no intersections, traffic lights and slow vehicles like tractors, bycicles and horse carts allowed. And if we were to attach names to autobahn then we should say "Konrad Adenauer invented the Autobahn." Because this is who built the first public one between Cologne, where he was the mayor, and Bonn. This happened in 1932 when Hitler was still painting his watercolors (not really, but he has no executive power yet). What Hitler did is he jumped on the idea once he got the power.

Didn't 'invent' but improved microphone designs (tubed) that are still revered in recording studios.

BBBBut, you don't realize how much research went into making it only partially effective for symptoms requiring frequent chronic refills, bribing politicians in Congress with stock options, paying off the peer review scam medical journals, boosting the FDA and medical school deans with grants and donations, falsifying research that claims the drug is 'safe and effective' and has been tested extensively when the population is the beta tester etc. etc. These are all steep development costs and require immunity from prosecution so we don't get sued after the fact. Of course, that's what the bribes to Congress are for.
