That's not to say we shouldn't treat them with love and compassion, but encouraging them to mutilate their bodies (especially the young) is against the natural order.

I have met a few Trans people.. all fine human beings, loving, generous and in some ways far better people than I... but I belive that from a (relatively) unbiased scientific perspective the physical changes they impose on themselves is a outward manifestation of an inner sense of turmoil over who they perceive themselves to be, relative to their God given anaotomy.

My heart goes out to them, but all the surgeries and hormones in the world can't change your chromosones.

To bend over backward to make social accommodations that impose an unde burden on the majority is not the right awnser to what is clearly a complex problem.

Give them counsel, love and support yes. But shoot them with hormones and give them surgery? No. Ethically that approach is only one step removed from genetic engineering. To see it being mainstreamed and being put forth as "normal" is factually incorrect.

Depends on the type of GE you're speaking about. If it's the germ line (embryo) then I agree with you as they have no choice and it'll be passed down their lineage. If it's in the eyeball of a kid or adult and it fixes their vision I don't.

I’ve seen only 1 person who claimed her kids were trans. She’s thinking it’s cool, trying to be liked by people she believes find this cool. Has nothing to do with her kids who don’t like it, but are being raised this way with mom seeking acceptance from imaginary leftists.
