As I get older, wiser, and more experienced I am embarrassed for the amount of time I spent watching professional sports.

My kid studies in a big 10 university. We are least interested in watching and cheering on strangers playing football. Why should we cheer asholes we don't know or care for (do they watch or cheer us)? Why wear a t shirt with another fooker's name on it?
Mostly I shop at Trader Joes, which does not have a single one of those brands. They hardly have any brands at all aside from their own.

The Trader Joe's brands seem to be low grade artificial ingredient products. So-so produce as well. Walmart Neighborhood Market has better store brands and much better produce. Also, cliental at Trader Joe's are elite yuppies that ooze lefty politics. Despite the implied environmentalism, on the few times I have gone there, I am the only one on a bike.
There's nothing artificial in TJs products, whomever told you that is grossly misinformed.
Why do hospital administrators choose profit over health from sick patients? If profit is the motive, wouldn't a stream of sick patients lead to continued profits? How does one trust a business like this, that is nickel and diming sick people? People say that we should all be ashamed of this but its the regulatory bodies and the hospital administrators that should be ashamed of this because they make or facilitate these choices in the name of commerce.

Apart from the obvious sponsorship er bribing and grifting (hospital probably pays close to 0 for this) the last thing people care about is the food, they just want to get the fuck outta there. You shouldn't rely on the hospital good to make you healthy. Same for schools
"I’d be very much open to using U.S. forces to defend Taiwan, because it’s in our national security interest to do so". - Lindsey Graham, April 9, 2023. This is why they print the money. Its a business.

If Taiwan were to be literally destroyed tomorrow, it would advantage both American business and the American worker, because they are no longer making use of slave labor there anyhow, and Americans can replace them doing the work.
Globalization is a war against the middle and blue collar working class.
Yeah but the Chinese would be taking over the slave labor and it would continue under Chinese branding

What would you say? You don't have to actually believe what you say, it just has to be provoctive.
"Barefoot and pregnant is the way I like 'em."
"Good lord you are FAT!"
"I have a lawnmower. His name is Jose."
"Speak English"
