How about a national day where everyone is encouraged to say politically incorrect things?

What would you say? You don't have to actually believe what you say, it just has to be provoctive.

"Barefoot and pregnant is the way I like 'em."

"Good lord you are FAT!"

"I have a lawnmower. His name is Jose."

Yes, and the whole point of feminism is to drive down wages further though women's competing with men for jobs.

Just one of the points. Additionally, it is meant to weaken families, so that they can be managed/exploited by government/corporations

Fascism is the merger of government and corporate powers - Benito Mussolini

Life is about choice. What we eat, what we read, who we elect; every day we make choices that determine how we want to live. But what if these choices are just an illusion? In an era where regulations and red tape rule every industry, where lobby groups and big business wield more influence than ever before, our daily choices have become increasingly limited. Focusing on key areas such as food, medicine, finance, and media, Freedom From Choice (original title) provides viewers with a glimpse at the myriad of ways their lives are being dictated, and tells us who stands to gain.

Bad, as in bad-ass? I'm so confused. Is that SNL? I'm shocked, just shocked that that was actually funny.

Just bad for the most part. Some of it was funny.

I hope he does very well in the next election but this is perhaps wishful thinking. He is an outsider. Rhetoric is easy but he appears sincere. Democrats won't let him prosper, their machine needs to run as it is.

Early in my career, I consulted for Coke to fight back against sugar taxes in Pennsylvania. We first identified the most influential African American pastors in the state. Coke then (confidentially) donated millions of dollars to them. The pastors then held press conferences, saying sugar taxes were racist. The media covered it, racial tensions flared, and Coke defeated the taxes. This is emblematic of the playbook that pharma and food companies use daily to protect that status quo. "Personal choice" arguments on food and health used to carry a lot of resonance with me:

"People like to drink Coke and eat fast food. We can't infringe on their freedom."
"Curbing sugar attacks personal choice."
"Patients are going to make bad choices. The Medical system stands ready to clean up the mess."
"People getting fat is a matter of personal responsibility."

But a crucial fact altered my thinking: You can't have a free market when the current market is rigged. Healthcare and food companies have co-opted free market thinking. They have lobbied more than any other industry to rig the system and then cry that anyone who questions that system is "anti-free market." Sadly, even some of the most intelligent conservatives I know fall into this trap.

25% of teenagers having pre-diabetes is not a result of "personal choice" - it is because of a rigged system that is decimating human capital. The undermining of our brains and bodies on a systemic scale is a first-order issue to almost any other public policy challenge.

The science is clear: if we want to keep people healthy and improve our human capital in America - we need to do three things:

Limit sugar
Limit omega-6 fats (seed oils)
Limit processed grains

We don't need to consider bans or taxes. We can start by repealing two of the most destructive crony capitalism policies in America: The fact that these items are subsidized tens of billions of dollars. The fact that these items can be bought with SNAP benefits, a government nutrition program 15% of the country relies on.

Well, I think it's a compilation of Saturday Night Live. The one with Norm McDonald definitely is. I don't know for certain with the black and white guy, because I hate television.

I think Booger had a hand in it.

I taught at Hampton University. Prep is not about what the professor already knows, prep is about teaching to students at the appropriate level for what the students know. The professor needs to cover what is appropriate for say, Lesson 5 of Microeconomics, and to have materials like vis-aids and boardwork to enhance learning and make the class somewhat interesting. That author you quoted must think a class is just an episode of Jeopardy.

Apple roared into the TV game with The Morning Show, a superb drama about the importance of dignity and doing the right thing, made by a company that runs sweatshops in China. Well, you say you're woke but the companies you work for in China — unbelievable. Apple, Amazon, Disney. If ISIS started a streaming service you'd call your agent, wouldn't you?

So if you do win an award tonight, don't use it as a platform to make a political speech. You're in no position to lecture the public about anything. You know nothing about the real world. Most of you spent less time in school than Greta Thunberg.

So if you win, come up, accept your little award, thank your agent, and your God and fuck off, OK?

I can't believe that, because SNL has been submerged in the slime pit of wokeness for years now, and some of the clips are very based.

It IS Satuday Night Live. The white guy (other than Norm McDonald) is Colin Jost.

Didn't bother to find out who the black guy is. But it's SNL.

I agree the show is mostly garbage, but there's accidents here and there.

OK, that is freakin hilarious!
