While this is considered outrageous and it is, this is standard operating procedure, in my life experience and opinion. This may be considered unconstitutional or unamerican but this is mainstream, unfortunately. Google, Facebook and Twitter (its better under Elon) block/shadow ban accounts based on algorithms even today. There is a simple logic behind this and its very American.

Even doctors who might not have participated or received monies can be named and suffer the consequences of lawfare.
