Nope. First of all, Authbahn in not highway, or rather highway is not Autobahn. And if we were to attach names to autobahn then we should say "Konrad Adenauer invented the Autobahn." BBBBut, you don't realize how much research went into making it only partially effective for symptoms requiring frequent chronic refills, bribing politicians in Congress with stock options, paying off the peer review scam medical journals, boosting the FDA and medical school deans with grants and donations, falsifying research that claims the drug is 'safe and effective' and has been tested extensively when the population is the beta tester etc. etc. These are all steep development costs and require immunity from prosecution so we don't get sued after the fact. Of course, that's what the bribes to Congress are for.
